- £10 deposit upon booking.
- Cancellation of appointment is required 48 hours before or the full payment will be charged.
- No shows are not entitled to a refund
- If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment then treatment may be refused. You would not be entitled to a refund in this circumstance.
